Return and Refund Policy

You can request a return or refund under the terms mentioned below.

Return Window

You may file a return or refund request within 7 days after receiving your order.

Refund Amount

If your return request is approved:

• You will receive 80% refund of the total amount you paid.

• 20% will be deducted to cover shipping, delivery, and handling expenses.

Refund Process

Your refund will only be processed when:

1. You return the product back to us.

2. Our team receives and inspects the returned product.

3. After successful verification, the refund will be issued.

Zero Refund Cases

You will receive 0% refund if:

• The product is returned damaged, broken, used, or incomplete

• Accessories or parts are missing

• A wrong or different product is sent back by the customer

In such cases, the same item will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Important Notes

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.

• The customer is responsible for securely packing the item during return shipment.

• Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind reasons if the product has been used.
